Business Continuity Statement
OGDENBURR partners, LLC is responsible for creating and maintaining business continuity plans. In the event of a business disruption, we have plans designed to allow us to continue operations of critical business functions. We accomplish this in part by:
1. Relocating impacted businesses to designated recovery locations.
2. Using phone and computer capacity at other locations.
3. Designing our technology and systems to support the recovery processes for critical business functions.
4. Adopting a communication plan to ensure that OGDENBURR partners employees receive emergency notifications and instructions via a variety of sources, including telephone contact and emails.
5. Rehearsing our recovery procedures and testing those procedures. As part of our plan, OGDENBURR partners has identified the applications that are critical. These applications are stored off-site in a separate building in a fire-proof facility.
6. We copy data from our computers and other important document sources and store them both on-site and off-site.
In most cases, recovery times will range from several hours to twenty-four hours. In extreme adverse conditions we expect that recovery should take no more than 72 to 96 hours. Although we have taken steps to develop and implement sound business recovery plans, we cannot guarantee that systems will always be available or recoverable after a disaster or significant business disruption. However, we believe that our planning for such events is consistent with many of the practices established within the industry. Any material changes to the above information will be available upon request. If you have further questions regarding our business continuity plans, please contact OGDENBURR partners at 203-259-8677.
